Scope of Services. Through this Site, Mountain Septic Pumping & Porta Potties LLC markets and arranges Septic Tank Installation, Septic Tank Repair, Septic Tank Cleaning, Portable Toilet Rental, Septic System Certification, Septic System Excavation. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.

Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
Account Closure. Mountain Septic Pumping & Porta Potties LLC reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
